The small town of Hermanus is 60 km away,where you can watch whales from June to December. Cape Town,with all its places to see,is only a 30-minute drive away.
The wine region in front of our doorstep,with the small towns of Stellenbosch,Paarl and Franschhoek,has plenty of historical wine farms,which offer wine tasting,tours through their vineyards and wine cellars and picnics in the gardens. Many wine farms have restaurants on the premises.
