Terms and conditions

Double-Rooms RHINO, LION and ELEPHANT are quoted including full breakfast while you do have the choice to book ALL SUITES and CHEETAH Room with or without breakfast.

All rates do include free off-street parking on our premises + Wi-Fi usage and are quoted per unit/night. Rates and taxes are included.

Sorry, but strictly no pets allowed.

Children are welcome from the age of 12 years or older. Thank you for your understanding.

Deposit-Payment

To fix and secure your booking a deposit-payment of only 30% of the total cost is obligatory.                                                                             Exception: One-night-bookings need to be paid upfront in total.

Cancellation-policy:

Please kindly note our cancellation-policy as follows (applies for bookings of up to 21 days):

• No cancellation fee occurs untill 60 days prior to arrival
• 59-22 days prior to arrival 15% of total cost
• 21-8 days prior to arrival 30% of total cost
• 7-1 days prior to arrival 50% of total cost
